We recommend you allow several weeks advance booking notice for this particularly popular experience. Weather: Driving might be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice, heavy rain or high winds) which would make driving at speed dangerous. Duration: You can expect to be at the circuit for between an hour or two, including your briefing and driving laps. Numbers On Day: All in-car tuition is on a one-to-one basis although briefings may be shared. During your familiarisation laps in the hot hatch you will share the car with up to two other participants as well as your instructor. Spectators: Spectators are welcome to join you. Children must be closely supervised at all times. Pets are not permitted at any circuit. Dress Code: Wear trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and flat-soled shoes. Any special equipment will be provided. Weather: The treehouses have been designed to be cosy and comfortable all year-round so you are welcome whatever the weather. Duration: This experience is for two nights, with arrival after 4pm on day one and departure before 11.30am on day three. Numbers On Day: This experience is for two adults, with the option of a luxurious double bed, or two single beds. Spectators: Exclusively for the two of you so no additional guests please. Dress Code: Bring plenty of outdoors clothes and your walking boots. Treehouse is in an unspoilt landscape, perfect for walking and exploring. Guidelines: From Shrewsbury take A458 to Welshpool. Continue on A458 (Machynlleth). After 45 minutes arrive in Mallwyd. At roundabout join A470 (Machynlleth). After ten minutes, arrive in Cemmaes, pass Penrhos pub and take first left. Follow the small road for a mile, turn right to Bryn Meurig and follow signs to Treehouse. A welcome pack and luggage trolleys will be waiting for you. After a briefing on safety and driving techniques, you'll drive for four practice laps and two racing heats of eight laps each. After a mile or so, turn right into the raceway and follow signs to the car park. The nearest train station is Birmingham New Street. Restrictions: Drivers must be reasonably fit and anyone who has suffered a back or neck injury should not take part. Min age 17. Min height is 4'10'' and max 6'6''. Max weight 20 stone. A driving licence is not required although experience of driving manual cars is. Other Info: The venue has disabled lavatories and good wheelchair access viewing areas. This is one of the top stock car tracks in the UK, operating championship events for professional and semi-professional stock car formulas.

Weather: Microlighting is a weather dependent activity and it is crucial that you call the venue for a weather check before setting out. If your flight is cancelled because of the weather, it will be re-booked for an alternative date or time. Duration: Your flight will last for 20 to 30 minutes. Numbers On Day: Your briefing might be shared, but your flight will be held on a one-to-one basis with a qualified pilot. Spectators: Spectators are welcome to come along and watch you take off and land. A camera or a pair of binoculars will come in handy. Dress Code: Most microlights have open cockpits, so wrap up warm. Bring sunblock in summer. Sunglasses are recommended all year round. Guidelines: You'll receive further location details when you have booked a date. Restrictions: Maximum weight is 17 stone and minimum age is 14 to 16, depending on venue. Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who'll be required to sign a disclaimer. Other Info: Your flying time can count towards a microlight private pilot's licence, for which you need 15 hours of dual control and 10 hours solo flying to qualify. Please be aware that this is quite a high adrenaline experience, not for the faint-hearted.
